Please read & agree before booking

Garment care

  • Do not include soiled underwear, period underwear, or any items containing blood or other bodily fluids.
  • Only provide items that are machine washable and able to be tumble dried.
  • Advise if item cannot go in dryer. Client to supply hangers for those items to air dry. (hangers can be purchased)

Pickup and Delivery:

  • Ensure someone is available during the agreed booking time or agree to leave in safe spot for collection and delivery.
  • Additional fee for rescheduling ($10).

Sorting and Special Instructions:

  • Please advise if you do not want your clothes separated into light and dark colours.
  • Any specific requests (e.g., delicate handling) must be communicated upfront.

Lost/Damaged Items:

  • I will take every precaution and care of your items; however, I am not responsible for pre-existing damage or delicate items not clearly marked, or items that may shrink in the dryer.

Turnaround Times:

  • Guaranteed 48 hours (larger doonas etc); however, most will be done within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours before pickup. Late cancellations may incur a $15 fee.
